He added, "With the aid of nanotechnology, we have developed a product that can be directly applied to rusted surfaces, repairing rusty equipment and preventing the spread of corrosion without the need to remove rust or iron oxide.

According to Mehdi Rahmani, CEO of Rangin Nano Sakhtar, the company has successfully exported 24 tons of antibacterial nano electrostatic powder coating to Turkey. Rahmani explained, “The marketing and export management of this product in the Turkish market was handled by Mehr Pouyan Trade Development Company, an agency for the Innovation and Prosperity Fund in Turkey. The estimated value of the first batch of our export contract is approximately $40,000. This nano product has been purchased for use in Turkey’s home appliance and machinery industries.”

Researchers at Azad University have introduced a powder nanocoating, using nanotechnology, for disinfecting hospital equipment. In an interview with ISNA, project manager Mehdi Rahmani stated, "In recent studies, we successfully developed a 'powder coating with electrostatic and antibacterial properties.' Rahmani highlighted that this product holds a patent and has been approved by the Nanotechnology Headquarters, with the goal of expanding the market for hospital equipment. The coating, when applied to items like hospital beds, trolleys, clean rooms, operating room equipment, and other metal devices, makes them antibacterial.
